Kids + Parents
Beginners
  • Sunday 08:00-09:00

Teach your kids to stand up for themself! Master their fears, build confidence, and tackle challenges head-on. This class primarily aims to give them the skills to be able to safely grapple standing up from any position in any environment. We also cover ground fighting, to ensure a well-rounded skillset. They will gain lifelong abilities and courage which they can take forward throughout their career, as well as into other sporting activities.

The foundational and technical aspects (accommodating accompanying parents if they wish to participate with their children):

  • Safety and care on the mat.
  • General balance and mobility.
  • Fitness.
  • Rolling.
  • Breakfalls.
  • Basic throws and sweeps: unbalancing, positioning, execution, timing, movement.
  • Combinations.
  • Grip fighting: gripping, ungripping, domination, evasion.
  • Major pin downs: long levers, anchor points, dynamic control.
  • Escaping from pin downs: short levers, inner circle movements, explosive power.
Adults
Regular Training + Sparring
  • Monday 19:30-21:00
  • Wednesday 19:30-21:00
Pow’r Hour – Long Sparring (15min+)
  • Monday from 21:00
    Max 60 minutes
Open Mat
  • Friday 18:30-19:30
Technical
  • Sunday 10:00-12:00
